Warm Greetings!
We are privileged again in 2008 to be hosting our annual Leadership Conference. This year holds a special significance for us as this will be our 10th annual Leadership Conference. Through God's enablement our Conference has grown each year and been a blessing to many through the years. Our prayer is that God will again choose to favour us with wonderful meetings this June.
The focus of our Leadership Conference is to provide a place of refuge and retreat for all who attend and we aim to achieve this by providing a relaxed atmosphere, encouraging warm fellowship and an emphasis on strong Bible preaching. The culture of our meeting has always been one of unity and focus on the Lord and we pray this year that together we may seek from God what He has for us. Our earnest desire is to provide a place where we all may come and graze upon the Word of God in a pasture that is balanced, friendly and filling.
This year we have themed the meeting Seeking His Face. In todays world there is a great focus on things and self. Sadly, it seems even in churches today many are preoccupied with self gain and comparing our "things" with the things of another. If we desire to God's blessing, if we desire to please our Saviour, if we desire to live out God's will for our life, if we desire Revival in our churches I believe we must earnestly Seek His Face in every area of our life. May I take this opportunity to invite you, your leaders and your church members to join us this June as we take some time to come apart and Seek His Face together.
